Our technicians install a physical termite barrier underneath or around concrete slabs and pipe penetrations to prevent termites from entering. The long-term protection provided by this option does not require additional top-up chemicals.


Chemical Termite Barrier


We apply chemical barriers to the soil through drilling holes under the concrete slab or around the perimeter of an existing building's foundations. The termiticide we use has a very high Log KoC value, which measures how tightly it binds to the soil. Afterwards, the water evaporates, leaving your building covered in a long-lasting protective layer.
